Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Placement Director to lead our student placement activities.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual to drive the development of our students and enhance their career prospects.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with industries for vocational training courses and on-campus/off-campus interviews
  • Conduct thorough background checks on students seeking internships or externships
  • Organize engaging webinars/lectures from industry experts to enhance student learning
  • Create a comprehensive Placement Preparation Module for students
  • Monitor and review student performance in the Corporate Sector
  • Design and deliver training programs for soft skills and interview-facing skills
  • Publish Placement reports after Placement Drive/Job Fairs to measure success

The successful candidate will also be responsible for enhancing collaborations with industries and associations, developing a Management Information System (MIS) on placement, and creating a database of recruiting industries and organizations.

Key responsibilities may include assisting students with job search strategies, working with faculty and administration to integrate career planning into the academic curriculum, and providing resources and activities to facilitate the career-planning process.
