Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Investments team as an Early Stage Investment Specialist. This role offers hands-on experience in evaluating early-stage companies, startups, and innovative businesses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis, evaluate products/services, assess teams, business models, and financials.
  • Support the investment team in due diligence, commercial due diligence, financial due diligence, and legal due diligence.
  • Sources opportunities from founder networks, investment bankers, and startup ecosystems, screen startups, review pitch decks, and conduct preliminary assessments.
  • Engage with portfolio companies, assist in preparation of updates, assist founders with research and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ecosystem Engagement – Attend startup events, demo days, and network with founders, accelerators, and fellow investors.
  • Internal Reports & Documentation – Assist in preparing compliance documentation and internal records.
  • Investor Relations - Prepare presentations for Limited Partners (LPs) and investor updates.

Requirements:

  • NISM Series XIX-D exam is mandatory.
  • Possess passion for startups, venture capital, and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess market trends and business models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related fields preferred.
