Occupational Therapist - Early Intervention Specialist

Job Summary:

Join a dynamic team as an Occupational Therapist where you will provide high-quality therapy services to children with special needs. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with parents and other professionals to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop targeted intervention plans for clients.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including sensory integration and play-based interventions.
• Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and achieve client goals.
• Provide training and support to junior therapists and contribute to the development of new therapies and programs.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and research.
• Contribute to the growth and development of our organization through collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements:

Experience: 3 years+ (Pediatrics required)

Qualification: MOT (Master of Occupational Therapy), Licensed.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and other developmental delays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
