The selected candidates will be responsible for designing, simulating, and verifying custom memory design blocks. This includes circuit design & simulation of memory circuits, characterization, functional simulations and statistical analysis, sign off and release of memory IPs, designing circuits for memory test chips, and silicon bring-up and characterization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Circuit design & simulation of memory circuits

  • Silicon bring-up and characterization

The ideal candidate should have experience in SRAM/ROM/TCAM memory designs, a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical, VLSI, or microelectronics, and proficiency in Cadence, Mentor Graphics, Synopsys tools for schematic design & simulations. Additionally, knowledge of timing characterization, general concepts around circuit design, reliability analysis, and statistical analysis of circuits are essential. Good technical verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle concurrent projects, are also required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The following qualifications are desirable but not mandatory:

  • Knowledge in various technologies like Bulk, CMOS, & SOI process
  • Hands-on knowledge of state-of-the-art memory or analog design flows
  • Programming experience applicable to design flow automation tasks
  • Exposure to 2nm, 3nm, 5nm technology nodes
  • Exceptional spoken and written proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
