About the Role:

You will lead and manage a team of engineers in Hyderabad. Your role will focus on people leadership, performance management, and career development, ensuring that team members are engaged, supported, and growing in alignment with global transformation.

  • Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team in Hyderabad.
  • Drive performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.

  • Act as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth communication between leaders and team members.
  • Work closely with leaders to align on guidance, strategic direction, and resource planning, ensuring global priorities are translated into actionable outcomes.
  • Support workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, and skill development.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everyday practices.
  • Ensure team alignment with global delivery standards and business priorities.
What You Will Bring:
  • 12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
  • Strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate globally.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability, empathy, and resilience in dynamic environments.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills.
