Job Title: Manufacturing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manufacturing director to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Manufacturing Operations:
    • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and systems.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
    • Manage and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Drive Process Improvements:
    • Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvements.
    • Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Foster a Culture of Operational Excellence:
    • Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and practices.
    • Implement a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
    • Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure high-quality products.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Build and Mentor a High-Performing Team:
    • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing professionals.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership development opportunities to support team growth and success.
    • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement effective talent management strategies.
