We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans that align with company objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the water resource sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Provide input on product development and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in mechanical, civil, or water resource engineering from a reputable institution
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in retail, project, and institutional sales of PVC products
- Strong understanding of the water, wastewater, pipes, and irrigation industries
- Ability to work independently and interact with senior-level decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
