Indirect Tax Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Principal Associate in Indirect Tax Litigation. The successful candidate will handle engagements related to Indirect Tax Laws, Appeals, Representation before various forums, investigation handholding, and Tax Advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acts as a trusted business advisor, providing strategic guidance to clients on key issues and understanding their needs.
Key Accountabilities:Partnering and Building Relationships:
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with senior clients, minimizing partner involvement and expanding the client base.
Sound Commercial Acumen:
  • Provides a perspective on global trends, emerging industry issues, and best practices on client assignments.
Marketing & Business Development:
  • Creates and manages independent relationships with clients at senior positions, expands the client base, and converts existing clients into new wins.
Leadership & Teamwork:
  • Serves as an ambassador of the firm, projecting its values and conduct.
Requirements:Desired Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with leadership and team management skills.
Experience and Education:
  • CA or Law Graduate from a recognized institution with a strong academic track record.
  • 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in Indirect tax in the field of Indirect Tax Litigation or Advisory.
