Gen AI Model Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Gen AI model developer to enhance our technology capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI research, with a focus on generative models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced gen AI models using GANS, VAEs, and transformer-based architectures.
  • Implement model fine-tuning, transfer learning, and prompt engineering techniques for large language models.
  • Develop high-quality Python code using relevant libraries and frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Build data applications using Streamlit or similar tools and deploy them efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate gen AI models into existing systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in gen AI research and apply this knowledge to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research, with a focus on generative models.
  • Experience with generative models such as GANS, VAEs, and transformer-based models (e.g., GPT-3/4, BERT, DALL.E).
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AdamW, learning rate warm-up, and optimization strategies.
  • Exposure to advanced transformer variants (e.g., Transformer-XL, Longformer, BigBird, LoRA).

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and model deployment best practices.
