  • Design and develop custom algorithms and pipelines for data processing, decision-making, and interaction logic.
  • Build high-performance AI and ML models without relying on third-party libraries or platforms.
  • Write clean, efficient and well-documented Python code for AI and ML model development.
  • Develop, train and evaluate models for NLP, decision trees, reinforcement learning or agent-based systems.
  • Integrate AI components with existing systems and APIs.
  • Optimize models and systems for performance, reliability and scalability.
  • Conduct experiments, analyze results and iterate on design and functionality.
  • Stay up to date with advances in AI research and best practices in agent architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers and backend developers.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP and reinforcement learning principles.
  • Proven experience building AI systems or agents without relying on third-party orchestration libraries.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python, including OOP, data structures and design patterns.
  • Solid experience in algorithm development, statistical modeling and model evaluation.
  • Proficient with numerical and scientific computing tools like NumPy, Pandas and Matplotlib.
  • Experience with model training frameworks (optional: TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
