Job Description:

A top AI/ML firm is seeking a skilled Full-Stack AI Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Advanced AI Models: Design, build and optimize efficient AI models with production-ready code.
  • Evaluate Model Performance: Test and rank model outputs for improved accuracy.
  • Fine-Tune Models: Fine-tune models using datasets for SFT and RLHF.
  • Code Quality and Documentation: Implement high-quality code reviews, testing, and clear documentation standards.
  • Drive Innovation: Develop novel strategies to enhance the practicality and alignment of AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • Programming Skills: Proficient in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Frontend Frameworks: Experienced with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Modular Development: Familiar with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Docker Experience: Skilled with Docker (essential).
  • Communication: Clear communicators who can explain complex ideas in excellent English.

Bonus Points:

  • LLMs Experience: Practical experience with LLMs (e.g., fine-tuning, prompting).
  • Test-Driven Development: Background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.

About the Role:
