AI Engineer Position Overview

Join a pioneering AI company as an AI engineer to work on next-generation AI models. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing Python code that supports AI training pipelines and contributing to dataset generation, model evaluation, and benchmarking AI systems.

As an AI engineer in this role, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing efficient Python code for AI training pipelines.
  • Generating and refining datasets for SFT and RLHF workflows.
  • Running Evals to measure and compare model performance.
  • Assessing and ranking model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback.
  • Partnering with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment.
  • Maintaining clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.

Key skills and qualifications required for the position include:

  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English.
