We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our expanding travel operations, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer inquiries, and providing personalized travel solutions to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for UK and US-based travel processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel packages, accommodations, flights, and other related services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Upsell additional travel services and products to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding travel arrangements, pricing, and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in travel sales, preferably with a focus on the UK and US markets.
- Strong knowledge of travel products, services, and destinations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts to cater to different time zones (UK & US).
