- Key Responsibilities:
- AI Product Development & Technical Leadership: Develop AI models for forecasting, optimization, and predictive maintenance, oversee the AI product lifecycle, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, and integrate emerging technologies.
- Team Management & Collaboration: Lead AI Engineers, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and conduct internal AI capability-building sessions.
- Strategic Planning & Compliance: Align AI strategy with digital goals, ensure data governance and regulatory compliance, and monitor KPIs.
- Bachelor's/Master's in AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 15+ years in the energy domain with AI implementation experience.
- Experience with AI in renewable energy.
- Proven track record in renewable energy product development.
- Experience managing technical teams.
- Expertise in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and analytics.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms and AI frameworks.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
