Job Title: Lead Consultant

As a Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by successfully implementing software packages and solutions for clients across various geographies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and tailor proposed solutions to meet those needs, while implementing the product.
  • Conduct business requirements sessions with customers to understand, analyze, and evaluate the fitment of the product to their requirements.
  • Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy the product.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with customers throughout the end-to-end process.
  • Engage from project kickoff to project closure, including hypercare support.
  • Train customers on product functionality and how to use it meaningfully.
  • Work with customers to develop and perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of the configured product.
  • Assist in production preparation and conduct project go-live activities.
  • Provide go-live support and ongoing support for escalated problems.
  • Plan and organize handover to product support teams after production go-live.
  • Travel to client locations for implementation and/or sales demo activities as required.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and/or Business Management.
  • Relevant experience of 2-10 years in Global Trade knowledge and HTS Classification.
  • Experience in areas such as implementation, product development, and support; working experience in SAP GTS is an advantage.
  • Relevant exposure to industry domains, particularly global trade management.
  • Strong consulting, influencing, and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented, good planning and organization skills, time management.
  • Hands-on problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

  • Additional languages such as Chinese or Japanese are also welcome, but not mandatory.
