Trafigura is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance and optimization of our Workday HCM system. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical skills and expertise to drive business outcomes and improve system functionality.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced user support for Workday, troubleshooting complex issues and guiding end-users.
  • Develop and implement new features and functionalities within Workday HCM, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, Reporting, and Talent Management.
  • Ensure seamless data uploads in bulk via EIB.
  • Configure and manage role-based security groups for access control.
  • Oversee the maintenance and development of additional HR IT systems, including Kronos.

Qualifications
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in Workday system administration with a focus on HCM module.
  • Background in HRIS project implementation and/or consulting.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Superb communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
