Job Title: SAP FICO Lead

Job Summary:

  • Lead a team of skilled professionals to provide guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on progress and outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide SAP FICO solutions to improve business processes.
  3. Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial processes and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in SAP FICO configuration and customization.
  • Expertise in asset accounting and TDS accounting is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and cost controlling.
  • A solid understanding of taxation principles and accounting standards.
  • Experience with SAP integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and PS.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members and end-users.
  • 8 to 10 years of SAP experience and 2-3 years of domain experience.
