Job Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished Senior SAP FICO professional to deliver high-quality financial solutions in alignment with our business operations. This role demands expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling, process improvements, project delivery, and ongoing support.

About the Role

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of Financial Accounting Business Processes and apply this knowledge to drive efficient operations.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze current processes, and develop functional specifications that meet their needs.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC) to align with business objectives, with experience in SD being beneficial.
  • Lead workshops with finance teams to collect requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Analyze complex business processes and recommend best-practice SAP solutions that enhance financial performance.
  • Support global template deployments for new company codes, legal entities, and business units, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Work collaboratively with other SAP functional and technical consultants (SD, MM, PP, BASIS, ABAP) to deliver integrated financial solutions.
  • Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvements, including RISE with SAP projects when applicable.
  • Provide day-to-day L2/L3 support for SAP FICO issues and coordinate with partners if necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Develop and maintain clear functional documentation and training materials that support successful implementation.
