Job Title: Counseling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to lead our team's outreach efforts as a Counseling Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading initiatives to connect with potential students and business partners to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Telesales - Identifying and contacting potential partners through targeted online research and strategic cold calling universities
  • Identify counseling seekers and coordinate follow-up meetings
  • Coordinate sales and payment collection processes
  • Collect and maintain records of potential study abroad students
  • Initial Counseling - Shortlisting universities and courses - comprehensive training provided
  • Develop and foster relationships with foreign Universities
  • Manage and maintain leads, follow-ups, meeting schedules, and payments
  • Proficiency in basic event design principles on Canva
  • Experience in coordinating and managing events at schools
  • Oversee office space and coordinate maintenance tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years' experience in industry-related business development and telesales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Focused and goal-oriented individual with innovative ideas
