We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to oversee the entire purchasing process.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in procurement activities, with a proven track record of implementing effective supply chain strategies and managing logistics costs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to finished goods, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels at warehouses by monitoring stock movements and identifying slow-moving items.
  • Develop strategies for supply chain management to optimize logistics costs and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee purchase vendor development through effective communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Ensure efficient store operations by managing material receipt, storage, and dispatch processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to finished goods, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field with 4-6 years of experience in procurement activities.
  • Strong knowledge of purchase operations, strategies, and best practices.
  • Negotiation techniques.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and inventory management systems.
  • Analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.
  • Relevant certification in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
