Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Investment Banking Analyst. This role will involve executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Asia, with a focus on India domestic deals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal execution.
  • Manage due diligence processes, communications, and interaction with deal team members and other advisors.
  • Perform comprehensive and in-depth industry and market research and company analysis within the consumer and industrial industry.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Support the execution of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raising activities, and other financial transactions.

Requirements:

  1. A postgraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or a related discipline is required.
  2. At least 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field working on consumer and industrial transactions.
  3. A solid understanding of the consumer and industrial sector.
  4. Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  5. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  7. Fluency in English is essential.
