Job Overview:

  • This role involves managing and leading a team in the financial planning and analysis department to support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • The Senior Manager will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders, business teams, and investors to provide actionable insights and drive timely decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage strong analytical skills to identify areas of improvement and implement process transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and manage a team of finance analysts to ensure they have the necessary skills and training to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and communicate strategic plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Utilize expertise in financial planning and analysis to drive savings opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
  • Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a large organization.
  • Four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance, with an MBA and CPA certification highly desirable.
  • Strong project and change management skills, with experience using advanced Excel, data modeling tools, and ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), cost accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
