Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Executive

Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Leader
Description:
- A minimum of 3-12 years' experience in financial planning & analysis and accounting roles is required.
- Expertise in independent end-to-end month-end closing and reporting is a must.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting is necessary.
- Proficiency in Advance Excel, Power Point, and PeopleSoft is desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly reports including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting are to be produced.
- Financial performance is to be evaluated by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Past results are to be analyzed, variance analysis performed, trends identified, and recommendations made for improvements.
Requirements:
- A strong business acumen, accounting skills, and go-getter attitude are essential.
