Job Title: Occupational Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing tailored therapy plans, and delivering high-quality sessions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed OT assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness in clients' daily living skills.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Deliver 50+ quality sessions per week, ensuring high client retention and satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior therapists through feedback, coaching, and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) or equivalent qualification.
  • Licenses required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pediatrics, with expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD & Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Cerebral Palsy (CP) & Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorders & Neurodevelopmental Delays.
