Hardware Touch Display Test Lead

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for touch display modules. Leveraging your extensive experience in hardware product design, development, and testing, you will oversee both manual and automated testing activities for touch display subsystems.

This position demands a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in touch display design domain, boasting hands-on expertise in testing of in-cell and out-cell touch display modules, as well as touch tuning and display calibrations.

You will lead a team of test engineers, assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering best practices. Collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional groups is essential to comprehend requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
