Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MAWM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MAWM configuration and implementation, with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing MAWM modules based on business requirements, leading and managing end-to-end configuration cycles, and designing and delivering integration solutions between MAWM and other enterprise systems.

They will also collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants to define configuration strategies, provide technical expertise and guidance in MAWM proactive management, monitoring, and performance tuning, and troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.

In addition, the successful candidate will support testing cycles by creating test cases, validating results, and ensuring issue resolution, prepare technical documentation, configuration manuals, and integration guidelines, and train and mentor junior team members.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in MAWM Configuration and Implementation.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale deployments with MAWM.
  • In-depth understanding of UK&I integration requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in MAWM configuration, implementation, and integration.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
