The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end requirements, validation, release management, and safety documentation within Polarion. They will also design and implement processes, workflows, traceability matrices, and custom templates aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and company-specific quality frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and tailor Polarion ALM to support project-specific requirements, test planning, validation, release, and documentation workflows.
- Design and implement processes, workflows, traceability matrices, and custom templates aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and company-specific quality frameworks.
- Lead the rollout of Polarion solutions across international teams, including training, documentation, and end-user support.
- Develop and maintain test concepts, oversee test operations, and provide 2nd and 3rd level support for Polarion tool-related issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
Polarion Expertise (Mandatory)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Polarion configuration, workflow implementation, and process customization.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage project templates, custom fields, scripts, permissions, and dashboards.
- Experience integrating Polarion with tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, Doors, Teamcenter, or other ALM/PLM systems.
Domain Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and V-model methodologies for requirements engineering, validation, change management, and release planning.
Agile & Communication Skills
- Proven experience in SAFe-based agile teams, including participation in PI planning, Scrum of Scrums, and cross-team coordination.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to train, support, and mentor international, cross-functional teams.
