Job Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Manager. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, preparing reports on expenses and budgets, and maintaining company databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and ensure they are always in stock.
- Prepare reports on expenses and budgets to help the organization make informed decisions.
- Maintain company databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Organize a filing system for confidential documents and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Answer queries from employees and clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Update office policies as needed to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain a company calendar, schedule appointments, distribute correspondence, and prepare reports with statistical data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
