Lead ASIC Physical Design Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Engineer for Physical Verification to drive our organization's success. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality physical verification services and will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate power consumption using industry-standard tools and design power grids.
- Analyze power grids, perform static IR drop, and dynamic IR drop analysis.
- Design custom placement/routing using semi-automatic/manual methods.
- Perform Physical Verification checks for Low Power SoC (DRC, ERC, LVS, ANT, ESD, DFM).
- Work on physical and electrical quality, familiarity with tools for schematics, layout, and circuit/logic simulation.
Requirements:
- BE/BTECH/MTECH in EE/ECE with 6+ years of experience in ASIC Physical Design.
- Detailed knowledge of EDA tools and flows for power, Ansys Redhawk/Cadence Voltus experience is required.
- Strong communication skills, ability to multi-task across projects, and work with geographically spread out teams.
- Good automation skills in PERL, TCL, and EDA tool-specific scripting.
