Manufacturing Excellence Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving manufacturing excellence and contributing to the success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our processes, leading to increased efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement standard world-class manufacturing frameworks across multiple locations.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to devise new support materials, including training, reporting, and system enhancements.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively identify solutions to address potential problems.
  • Ensure business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on, and managed at all times.
  • Set up programs, deliver coaching, and run projects across plants.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery and identify areas for future improvement.
  • Improve efficiency KPIs in manufacturing sites.
  • Implement lean methods to increase efficiency, throughput, and operational excellence.
  • Support plant teams in benchmarking, solutions, problem-solving, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Support operations in designing, developing, and implementing policy deployment within the business.
  • Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in departments.
  • Ensure ongoing learning and development of employees in Lean improvement tools and communication methods.
  • Coach and facilitate teams and individuals to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Manage cross-functional team members effectively.
  • Communicate professionally with diverse groups of partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts.
