Job Title: Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Payroll Specialist.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll function at Corporate and Regional levels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Consolidating all payroll inputs from Regions and Corporate Office
  • Documenting payroll records within a specified timeframe
  • Clarifying employee queries on reimbursement, salary payouts
  • Ensuring error-free reimbursement processing and closures for all employees
  • Validating payroll inputs/outputs
  • Maintaining and tracking records of salary advances/loans/reimbursements availed by employees
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Additionally, you should have:

  • Experience with payroll software and systems
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
