As we expand, we seek seasoned Digital Marketing professionals to drive our Digital Strategy and Marketing projects. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with USA-based customers, demonstrating a track record of delivering meaningful ROI and Strategy Planning achievements.

Given our focus on the US insurance industry, a strong understanding of US insurance perspectives is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developed and executed diverse digital marketing campaigns on social media, email, SEM, and content marketing channels.
  • Managed and grew the company's presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborated with the creative team to design ad creatives and copy that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Analyzed and reported on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Monitored competitors' strategies, performance, and online presence and devised effective strategies to surpass them.
  • Thoroughly understood and utilized key performance metrics (CPM, CTR, etc.) to monitor and improve campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Optimized website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Understood and implemented technical SEO audits with SEMrush, Ahref, and GSC.
  • Executed SEO strategies to meet the client's business targets.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ Years of experience in the IT Services Industry.
  • Experience in diverse international markets across various domains.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Professional Certificate and SEMrush Content Marketing ) are necessary.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
