Sr. AI/ML Software Development Engineer

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in leading a team of experienced software and machine learning engineers to develop, test, and deploy AI-based solutions with a primary focus on large language models and other machine learning applications.

You will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable AI/ML systems, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and other deep learning applications. This includes end-to-end model development from data collection and preprocessing to training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.

Qualifications

A master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software development, with strong programming skills in Python and Java. Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals and hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn are essential.

Familiarity with frontend development and frameworks like React is also desired. Basic knowledge of LLMs and transformer-based architectures is a plus.
