Job Summary :


We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in Predictive ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. This role involves building and deploying advanced AI solutions that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in developing ML/GenAI models, leading AI initiatives, and driving projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities :


- Solution Development : Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions for real-world business problems.

- Innovation & Research : Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML, LLMs, vector databases, and Agentic AI frameworks; evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies into projects.

- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor junior AI engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering innovation.

- Generative AI Implementation : Work with prompt engineering, fine-tuning of LLMs, embeddings, RAG systems, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).

- Framework Expertise : Implement and optimize solutions using frameworks such as Autogen, LangGraph, CrewAI, AgentForce.

- Cloud AI Solutions : Architect and deploy AI/ML pipelines on AWS, GCP, or Azure, leveraging

their GenAI services.

- Data Handling : Design ETL pipelines, extract and process large datasets, and work with SQL for advanced querying and analysis.

- Production Deployment : Build scalable, production-ready AI/ML systems with robust monitoring and maintenance workflows.

- Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-

driven and AI-powered & Skills : Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

Experience :

- 5 - 8 years in AI/ML solution design and deployment.

- Strong hands-on experience with ML/DL models, LLMs, and business problem-solving using AI.

- Minimum 2 years in Generative AI development.

Technical Skills :

- Programming : Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn), PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.

- Generative AI : Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG pipelines.

- Databases : SQL, vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone).

- Agentic AI : Autogen, LangGraph, CrewAI, AgentForce.

- Cloud Platforms : AWS, GCP, Azure (AI & ML services).

- ETL design and implementation.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical : ML/AI Engineer | Data Scientist | Data Engineer | Automation Level :
