Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications. You should be comfortable working with large datasets, modern ML/DL frameworks, and cloud platforms to build scalable AI-driven systems that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for classification, regression, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.

- Conduct end-to-end data analysis: data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.

- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to integrate AI models into production-grade systems.

- Evaluate and improve the performance of models through experimentation and A/B testing.

- Research and implement best practices in model interpretability, explainability, and fairness.

- Optimize model inference time and memory usage for scalable deployment.

- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for training and serving models in production.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML research and bring innovative solutions to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.

- 3- 8 years of industry experience in building and deploying ML/AI models.

- Proficient in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

- Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms.

- Experience with NLP libraries (SpaCy, NLTK, HuggingFace Transformers) or computer vision frameworks (OpenCV, YOLO, etc.) is a plus.

- Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms : AWS/GCP/Azure.

- Good understanding of APIs, Docker, and RESTful services for ML integration.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in GenAI, LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT), or RAG pipelines.

- Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed systems (Spark, Dask).

- Exposure to real-time inference systems and streaming data pipelines.

- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications
