Drive Commercial Growth

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to spearhead the growth of our commercial vertical. This role will focus on identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships to drive project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard strategic partners including landowners, developers, architects, MEP consultants, PMC firms, and other stakeholders relevant to commercial construction.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and contracts ensuring mutual value creation.
  • Actively scout for individuals and institutions that own land and are looking to build commercial establishments.
  • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial project leads through strategic alliances.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enable seamless project kick-offs post partnership acquisition.
  • Keep a close watch on competitor strategies, partner ecosystems, and market trends in commercial real estate and construction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
