  • Develop strong working relationships with CXOs, CSMOs, Sales/CRM Heads of real estate firms.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and partnership growth sessions with strategic developers.
  • Represent Livspace in developer ecosystem and external forums within the region.
  • Deliver Strategy & Execution Excellence:
  • Devise and implement regional growth plans and account strategies, mapped to the unique needs of respective markets.
  • Work with central functions (design, ops, marketing) to customize offerings and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Track key competition, benchmark best practices, and deploy interventions where required.
  • Ensure Performance Hygiene:
  • Run weekly and monthly business reviews with internal leadership to maintain performance standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Head and central leadership on regional inputs, planning and forecasting.
