Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect

AHEAD is a dynamic and forward-thinking company that builds innovative platforms for digital business. We're seeking a skilled Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join our Managed Services team and work remotely. This role involves maintaining and expanding our internal ServiceNow instance, as well as supporting external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain solutions for AHEAD
  • Integrate with AHEAD, MS tools, and eBonding with customers
  • Develop solutions for customers within our internal instance and on their ServiceNow instances
  • Collaborate with the Managed Solutions Architect to drive forward current and future AHEAD, MS initiatives
  • Participate in sales calls and provide estimates for new and ongoing AHEAD, MS opportunities
  • Resolve challenging ServiceNow technical issues for AHEAD, MS customers
  • Assist and mentor other team members
  • Operate within a Cloud Infrastructure to the highest standards of professionalism and availability
  • Manage incidents, requests, changes, and associated communication
  • Create and maintain supporting KB documentation
  • Communicate progress, roadblocks, and recommendations to customers

Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or comparable experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (to current release)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (to current release)
  • ServiceNow scoped application development experience (to current release)
  • Integrations experience
  • ITIL certification (preferred)
  • Domain separation experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience providing top-level customer service
  • Passion for cutting-edge technology
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Learns quickly and adapts well to new challenges
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to learn and grow
