About this Role:

We're seeking a well-rounded and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our execution team. As a key member, you'll provide subject matter expertise in design, development, and implementation within the ServiceNow Platform to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality based on ServiceNow best practices.
  • Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide fixes, working on Support tickets.
  • Help stakeholders adopt new features of ServiceNow and maintain knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features.
  • Document processes or Technical Design Documents and work closely with stakeholders and the ServiceNow Product owner, ServiceNow Architect, and Business Analyst to build solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience working on ITSM Pro offerings, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics.
  • Advanced ServiceNow Technical skills, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Import Sets, Transform maps, and MID Server configuration.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other tools and guiding junior developers.
  • Experience working with Business Analysts and Architects to provide solutions and estimate level of effort, as well as experience working in Agile methodology.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer.
