Oracle HCM Consultant

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as an Oracle HCM Consultant. As a key member of our implementation and support services, you will work closely with clients to understand their HR and payroll processes, translate business requirements into functional specifications, configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules, develop custom reports and dashboards, perform technical integrations, manage data migrations, troubleshoot technical and functional issues, provide post-implementation support, and deliver user training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruitment, Talent, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their HR and payroll processes, identify pain points, and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Create custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas to meet client reporting and analytics needs.
  • Perform technical integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL/FDI, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
  • Manage data migrations and validations during implementations or upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, providing timely resolutions and root cause analysis.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve incidents as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Deliver user training and documentation for HCM functionalities and enhancements, ensuring clients are empowered to maximize system value.

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in HCM tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP), Apex, and ATP.
  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging tools.

Functional Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and workflows.
  • Must have experience in Core HR, Recruitment, and additional knowledge of other modules.
  • Proven track record of successful Oracle HCM implementations and support.
