About You

We're looking for a talented Lead Gen AI Application Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our AI development team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable AI architectures, developing and deploying Gen AI solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall Gen AI strategy, designing scalable architectures, managing data pipelines, and selecting appropriate models to align with business needs.

• Lead the development, deployment, and performance optimization of Gen AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring ethical AI practices.

• Develop components of the platform's Generative AI capabilities, with a focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, Agentic workflows, and other state-of-the-art generative techniques.

• Build and optimize large-scale backend systems, taking throughput and latency into account. Apply performance optimization techniques, including parallel processing, stream processing, and asynchronous I/O to improve the efficiency and scalability of the platform.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in AI (NLP and Gen AI models) and strong programming skills in Python with frameworks like LangChain.

• Experience with Generative AI technologies, including RAG systems, Agentic workflows, or open-source frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex (Plus).

• Comprehensive knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies such as Generative Pre-trained Transformers (GPT) for natural language processing (NPL), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) algorithms for predictive analytics, seamless cloud-to-cloud integrations for scalable infrastructure, and GraphQL for efficient data queries and APIs.

• Proficiency in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), scalable AI architecture design, and leadership abilities to mentor and guide AI development teams.
