Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Gen-AI applications and projects to meet business requirements.
  • Implement and showcase Proof-Of-Concept (POCs) to demonstrate the viability and impact of Gen-AI to the Product Development and Sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions in AI.
  • Create scalable Gen-AI systems capable of processing vast amounts of data.
  • Perform feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning to optimize the performance of models.
  • Build tools for monitoring, observability, and deploying Gen-AI applications.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on Gen-AI and machine learning best practices and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of industry experience working with machine learning algorithms and Python programming.
  • Hands-on experience in building Gen-AI applications, working with Gen-AI frameworks, LLM models.
  • Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn. Knowledge of libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras is crucial.
  • Hands-on expertise in understanding frameworks like Langchain, Hugging Face, and worked on any vector database.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, and clustering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI services in Azure or Google.
