Job Opportunity

A highly motivated and experienced HR professional is required to lead the human resources function.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HR functions, with a strong understanding of recruitment, payroll basics, labour laws, and HR processes. They will be responsible for managing the complete HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition, learning & development, employee engagement, and HR operations.

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Learning & Development (L&D): Conduct training need analysis, plan and implement internal and external training programs, and track training effectiveness.
  • HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, handle documentation, oversee payroll inputs, and manage statutory compliance support.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, support internal communications, and champion employee well-being.
  • HR Policies, Systems & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, maintain and update the employee handbook, and contribute to HR audits and ISO compliance.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and employee relationship management skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include time to hire and quality of hires, training completion rate and feedback scores, accuracy of HR operations and compliance documentation, employee engagement and retention metrics, and internal stakeholder satisfaction and query resolution TAT.
