Job Opportunity: Order Management

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee accounts receivable portfolio and ensure timely collections.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills to contact customers via email/phone and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
  • Candidates must be able to collaborate with internal teams (e.g., billing, cash application, sales) to resolve issues impacting collections.
  • A key responsibility of this role is to maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
  • The ideal candidate will prepare ageing reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • This position involves supporting month-end and quarter-end closing activities related to AR.
  • The selected individual will ensure compliance with company policies and SOX controls.
Requirements:
  • A degree in finance or accounting is required for this role.
  • Applicants should have 2-4 years of experience in OTC collections or accounts receivable.
  • Strong understanding of the OTC process and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary for this role.
  • Candidates must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring timely collections.

Maintains accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and collection activities.

Collaborates effectively with internal teams to resolve issues impacting collections.

Investigates and resolves payment discrepancies and disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in OTC collections or accounts receivable.

Strong understanding of the OTC process and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
