
Lead Financial Administrator

This role involves overseeing the preparation and review of financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Accuracy of financial documents and their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Calculation/verification of reports provided by suppliers, generating invoices to suppliers, and crediting amounts to all stores
- Running Sales/Scan reports for head office and generating invoices in Xero to suppliers
- Monthly Statement/Invoice Reconciliation
- Administration tasks from time to time
- Preparing and maintaining important financial reports in ZERO software
- Bookkeeping and file maintenance
- Managing invoices from various departments and vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Vigilant analytical skills, mathematical skills, and well-organized professional traits are expected.
- Punctuality and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines is preferred.
- Proficiency in Computer skills in MS Office is necessary.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in accounting, an MBA(Finance) degree, and possess strong analytical skills.
