M365 Collaboration Expert

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled M365 Collaboration Expert to administer and manage corporate collaboration environments within the Microsoft 365 application stack. This role involves overseeing Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, ensuring seamless communication and data sharing across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exchange Administration: Manage Exchange Online, hybrid designs, and messaging security configurations.
  • Migration Architectures: Design and implement mail and content migration architectures from legacy systems to Microsoft 365.
  • Microsoft Active Directory Management: Oversee directory services, routing protocols, DNS, and certificates.
  • Security Measures: Implement email encryption, spam filtering, authentication protocols, and data loss prevention measures.
  • PowerShell Scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating tasks and streamlining processes.
  • Tenant Migrations: Facilitate migrations between different tools and platforms while minimizing downtime and disruptions.
Requirements
  • A degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience with M365 collaboration environments.
  • Familiarity with Azure stack and PaaS services.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL administration and load balancing concepts.
