Our organization seeks an experienced Estimation Expert to oversee the preparation of accurate cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Cost Estimates: The Estimation Expert will create detailed, precise cost estimates for machined and fabricated components, taking into account factors like material costs, labor requirements, and vendor pricing.
  • Technical Analysis: Analyzing technical drawings and specifications to develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) that meet project needs is a crucial responsibility.
  • Team Collaboration: The Estimation Expert will collaborate with various teams, including design, procurement, and sales, to ensure seamless project costing and coordination.
  • Reverse Engineering: The Estimation Expert will engage in reverse engineering and estimation for new developments, applying expertise to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Cost Optimization: Identifying opportunities for cost savings and optimizing vendor pricing to minimize expenses while maintaining quality standards is key.
  • Cost Database Maintenance: The Estimation Expert will be responsible for maintaining and updating cost databases for bought-out items, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all projects.
  • Proposal Development: Supporting RFQ/RFP responses and preparing techno-commercial proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients is essential.
