Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction and implement business strategies.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, support branch growth and profitability.
  • Coordinate with headquarters on key initiatives and report on branch performance.

Job Requirements

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations in the location.
  • Resource management of hub for driver, gunmen & custodian.
  • Route planning, duty assigning and audit planning.
  • Plan and perform operations as per tasks assigned by managers in line with client requirements.
  • Ensure timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing on same day as indented.
  • Plan, administer, monitor and perform operations in line with agreed SLA.
  • Carry out surprise audits to ensure adherence of laid down processes by team.
  • Help ATM Executive to collect, collate, record and report day-to-day operations in prescribed layouts to managers, corporate and clients.
  • Ensure hassle-free operations by administering requirements to be available at time of operations.
  • Roster preparation of crew as per route dispatch time.
  • Maintain hardcopy of Takeover & Handover of ATMs.
  • Adhere all-risk mitigation procedures to avoid cash loss during operations.
  • Timely dispatching of route from Branch/ Vault Office.
  • Follow up with Vault officer / Bank Officials on issuance of cash to custodian for ATMs Replenishment.
  • Brief the team on assigned tasks to perform, SOPs of operations.
