Technical Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned technology leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our engineering teams. You will contribute to designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant services that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product management to envision future features and plan product roadmaps
  • Define solution architectures that meet business requirements
  • Participate in design reviews and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead by example, implementing modern world-class services that are scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant
Leadership Expectations
  • Have a clear vision for the product/project and develop a long-term strategy to achieve goals
  • Provide technical expertise in software development and make informed decisions about technical architecture and design
  • Champion technology and architecture-related investments, advocating for their priority
Requirements
  • 15+ years of technical engineering leadership experience
  • 5-10+ years of experience in large-scale distributed system development, including hands-on operational experience
  • Passion for building large-scale back-end services and APIs using modern architectures (Macro/Micro Services)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of data structures, asynchronous architectures, and distributed algorithms
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and modern infrastructure operations
Desired Skills
  • Microsoft technologies: C# (.NET Core, .NET Framework), TypeScript & NestJS, Node.js
  • Microservices, event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka or other event processing services
  • Modern UI frameworks: React.js, Angular
  • Cloud platforms: EC2, S3, Lambda, EFS, ECS, EKS, API Gateway, SQS, IAM, VPC
  • CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, YAML, PowerShell
  • GenAI technologies including LLM fine-tuning, RAG architecture implementation, and prompt engineering
  • Relational and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools
  • Automated software testing and test strategies
