Lead Student Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Career Advocate. As a Career Advocate, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with students and providing guidance on program details, enrollment processes, and next steps. This position involves conducting demo calls with prospective students, answering inquiries, and maintaining ongoing communication to support engagement and satisfaction.
Your primary focus will be on supporting the growth and success of our student base in the U.S. by leveraging your exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (desired).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support.
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based customers or in international markets is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Confident, professional, and fluent in conducting virtual presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
